Due to the nature of our products (fresh food and beverages), all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality issue), please contact us immediately at nours.waffles@gmail.com or visit us in-store with your receipt.
We will be happy to replace the item or offer a suitable solution if the issue is confirmed.
Requests must be made on the same day of purchase.
