Welcome to Nours, where every bite is a story and every flavor is a journey. We're Ahmad and Nour, the dreamers and doers behind this cozy corner of culinary delight nestled in the heart of Oshawa Center, Ontario, Canada.

Our love affair with food started way back in our hometown of Syria. Ahmad practically grew up in his dad's store, mastering the art of waffle-making since he was knee-high. As for me, Nour, well, I spent my summers blending and juicing at my dad's juice bar, infusing every sip with love and flavor.

Together, we embarked on our own adventure, opening our store back in Syria in 2009. But life had other plans for us, and the war tore apart our dreams. Yet, we refused to let go of our passion.

With resilience in our hearts and a hunger for new beginnings, we found ourselves here in Canada, ready to start afresh. And on December 1, 2023, Nours was born – a testament to our unwavering love for food and each other.
